Order Processing

Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

As our product line grows, some handcrafted items may have different processing times. Any extended production times will be clearly noted on the individual product page.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Peak holiday periods

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery destination. Current flat-rate shipping is $9.99 CAD within Canada and $11.99 CAD to the United States. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Order Tracking

When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen if your order contains items produced or shipped from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, where available.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authority.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Dragonfly Lodge Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrived damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our production and shipping partners to help resolve the issue.
