All Dragonfly Lodge products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means your order is printed and shipped just for you after you place it.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and current demand. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
